Senior Designer / Architect

The senior designer/architect is responsible for leading the design and execution of functional, safe, and visually appealing spaces or structures. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, while ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.

• Architectural Expertise: A deep understanding of structural systems, materials, and construction methods is essential to ensure the design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and compliant with regulations.

• Design Excellence: Combines creativity with technical expertise to create innovative and functional spaces that reflect both the client’s needs and the project’s goals.

• Precision and Attention to Detail: Must produce highly detailed architectural drawings and specifications that guide the project’s construction, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the design intent.

• Leadership and Communication: Effectively communicates with clients, contractors, and team members, taking responsibility for leading the project, managing expectations, and ensuring collaboration among all parties.

• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Tackles design challenges and construction setbacks with creative solutions, maintaining the project’s schedule and budget while preserving design integrity.

• Visualization and Strategic Planning: Strong visualization skills are required to foresee how designs will come together in the built environment, and the ability to communicate this vision through sketches, 3D renderings, and plans.
